These will be different wrecks then before, so the blueprints will be different then before too. Shipwrecks spawn every once in a while while travelling and can respawn if you travel back over an area you have been in before. So unless you are willing to buy the premium "Black Galleon" for real money in the store, you will need to capture the civil version in the "Open World" or build a lesser cargo capacity military galleon like the 38 gun or 44 gun galleon from blueprints. There is a civil galleon in the book of ships that travels at 9kns with that cargo limit but civil ships don't have blueprints yet in this game. No one has been proven to have found the black galleon that is shown in the Book of Ships that features 3500 ton cargo.
